Joe Pride’s remarkable winning role with Super Easy’s family continued at Randwick yesterday afternoon.
The Warwick Farm trainer produced Ball Of Muscle there to win for the sixth time in eight starts.
“He’s building an imposing record and he could go to the Listed grade next time,” Pride said.
The four-year-old raced on the speed and off the rail and was still too tough for his rivals in the straight.
“He was very strong late and that’s what you expect from him,” Pride said.
Ball Of Muscle is a half-brother to Super Easy, a brother to Group One winner Tiger Tees and a half-brother to Terravista, also a top-flight winner.
“They’re not complicated horses to train,” Pride said. “They’re very smart with a real will to win.”
